Signing up on tk8 is quick and easy. Go to our website and click the "Register" button at the top right. Fill in the form with your mobile number, password, and a few basic details. Once submitted, an OTP will be sent to your number — verify it and your account is ready to go.
Login issues are common for new users, usually caused by an incorrect password or Caps Lock being on. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and set a new one using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. The password reset process on tk8 takes just 3 minutes.
Tips:
Use a strong password — a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. Never reuse the same password across multiple sites.
Why is KYC verification required?
To ensure secure transactions on tk8, completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required. It verifies your identity and protects your account from unauthorized access. Once KYC is complete, you'll unlock higher withdrawal limits and exclusive benefits.
What you'll need: clear photos of the front and back of your National ID (NID) or passport, plus a selfie. Make sure you're in good lighting and all details are clearly visible. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Tk8 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. Once enabled, a verification code will be sent to your mobile every time you log in — so even if someone has your password, they still can't access your account. You can activate 2FA easily from the Settings page.
